Sometimes you might feel like you're the one that has to be responsible for keeping the peace, and making sure you still see both your parents. The Child Support Agency has information that might help you understand your rights, and what's happening with your parents.
Whatever you do, don't feel as if you're alone. Parents separating is not unusual these days. Some of your friends' parents have probably split up, so they might be able to help you through the hard times too. Tough as it might be to do, it does help to talk to somebody. Whether it's a teacher, grandparent, friend or a counsellor, find somebody you can trust, and go to them for help.
