Governance
The Sole Parents' Union is governed by a Board of Management consisting of 6 members of the association. The Board is headed by the Chair (Kathleen Swinbourne). The Board is responsible for the management and oversight of the organisation, setting policy and monitoring outcomes and budgets.
The 2009-10 Sole Parents' Union Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday 20 November 2010.
In response to changes within the organisation, and changes to the NSW Associations' Legislation, a new constitution was approved, and a new Board elected.
